ShipBlu Shield Plans

ShipBlu offers insurance plans for your orders.

You can subscribe to the ShipBlu Shield service by clicking on “Subscriptions,” then choose the package that suits you, click on “I agree to the terms and conditions". The insurance service will be effective from the date of subscription.

If you choose one of  ShipBlu Shield plans for insurance applicatipn on your orders, the fees will depend on the selected plan among the available insurance options offered by ShipBlu (you can check Compensation Policies and Procedures). In the event that the compensation conditions are met, ShipBlu will be responsible for reimbursing you for the value of the orders in case of loss or damage, according to the terms and conditions of the chosen plan.

          Blu Plan

• Fee: 0.5% of the collection amount (COD) or the declared order value on the policy.

•  Compensation: In case of loss or damage and if conditions are met, ShipBlu will compensate 50% of the collection amount, up to a maximum of EGP 5,000 per order.
  
   Gold Plan

• Fee: 1% of the collection amount (COD) or the order product declared value documented on ShipBlu system. 

• Compensation: In case of loss or damage and if all conditions are met (Compensation Policy), ShipBlu will compensate 100% of the collection amount, up to a maximum of EGP 10,000 per order.
