This update brings new metrics and usability improvements to give our merchants clearer insights into their business performance.

 Onboarding tour and Profile Completion Guide:

A progress bar to ensure you have seamless setup for your profile

Step 1: Verify your Email
Step 2: Complete your profile
Step 3:Define Account type
Step 3: Add payout method
Step 4: Create your first order

The progress bar will disappear after completing the above steps 


Pricing bar:

The pricing bar shows a pricing tier based on the your current volume. When you reach the target volume and unlock a discount, a new pricing tier appears with the next target volume. This helps you track your progress toward upcoming discounts.
Progress Bar Visualization: The pricing bar shows the base price as the starting point, the discounted price as the end point, and a total Orders indicator that reflects the progress along the bar.
XX orders away to get XX% discount! Label: A dynamic label shows the exact number of orders still needed to reach the target discount.



Revenue:
  • Definition: The Revenue metric refers to the total amount of cash collected (COD) from the delivered orders.
  • When It Resets: First day of each month.
  • Trend Information: This metric displays a performance trend comparing the total revenue from the first day of the current month to date with the same days in the previous month.
Success Rate:
  • Definition: This metric shows the performance of successful orders over the past 30 days. It represents the percentage of total Delivered orders / [Picked up orders - In-progress - refusals]
  • Trend Information: The success rate performance trend is comparing the last 30 days with the preceding period (30 days).

Customer Reviews:
  • This section showcases the most recent 5-star reviews from our merchants orders rated on myBlu, giving them direct insights into customer feedback on our delivery service.
  • By highlighting positive experiences, you can stay informed about our service quality.

Today's Activities:
It provides an overview of the day’s ongoing activities, ensuring you have everything they need to monitor their day-to-day operations easily.

The hyperlink in today's activities will direct to a page where the order filter status is applied.

  • Action needed: Action center tab --> Awaiting actions filter
  • Going to customer: Delivery orders tab --> Out for delivery status filter applied
  • Delivered to customer: Delivery order tab --> Delivered orders status filter applied
  • Picked up from you: Delivery order tab --> Picked up status filter applied
  • Returned to you
    RTOs
    --> Delivery order tab --> Returned filter applied
