The analytics module is designed to enable you to gain instant insights into the operational performance of your orders.
This comprehensive tool allows you to track performance, monitor the location of orders, identify the reasons for delivery failures, and make informed decisions to improve your business operations.
Through the analytics tool, you can gain insights into the following:
- Total Picked: Calculates the total number of orders picked up in the selected time-frame.
- Total Delivered: Calculates the total delivered orders from the picked-up orders in the current period.
- Displays the percentage of delivered orders relative to picked-up orders.
- Displays the percentage of delivered orders relative to picked-up orders.
- Total Returned: Calculates the total number of orders returned from those picked up in the current period.
- Displays the percentage of returned orders relative to picked-up orders.
- Displays the percentage of returned orders relative to picked-up orders.
- In Progress: Calculates the total number of orders that are currently in transit (picked up but not yet delivered or returned).
- Delivery Success Rate: Measures the proportion of delivered orders out of the total picked-up orders that are not currently in progress.
- 1st Attempt Delivery Rate: Displays the percentage of orders delivered on the first attempt relative to total delivered orders in the current period.
- Average Delivery Time: Calculates the average number of days between when an order is picked up and when it is delivered.
Uses a color-coded system to indicate performance: 1-3 Days (Green), 4-5 Days (Orange), 6+ Days (Red). - Delivery Attempts Contribution [%]: Breaks down the percentage of successful deliveries by attempt (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
- Geographical Analysis:
- Governments: Includes a pie chart detailing the number and percentage of delivered orders in each governorate.
- Cities: Provides a table showing the number of picked and delivered orders, along with the delivery percentage for each city.
