Detailed Timeline ( ShipBlu Tracking Tool)

  • Welcome to ShipBlu! We strive to provide the best logistics services to ensure your shipments arrive quickly and safely. To help you track the status of your shipments,
  • You can view the detailed timeline for each shipment individually by selecting the shipment you want to track and then clicking "View Detailed Timeline."




  • The shipment updates are displayed with the date and time clearly indicated.

    1.  Created = The shipment details have been registered on your ShipBlu account.

    2. Pickup Requested = A request has been made to pick up the shipment from the pickup location registered on your ShipBlu account.

    3. Out for Pickup = the pickup has been assigned to a courier and he is on his way to your pick-up location.

    4. Pickup Rescheduled = The shipment could not be picked up today and has been rescheduled for the next business day. The courier will contact you again to coordinate.

    5. Picked up  = The courier has collected the shipment from your pickup location.

    6. In Transit & En Route = The shipment is being dispatched to the delivery hub, which is serving the customer's zone.

    7. Out for Delivery = The shipment is with the courier, who will contact the customer during usual delivery hours (10 AM to 7 PM) as per the itinerary.

    8. Delivery Attempted = A delivery attempt was made on the specified date, but was failed to be received by the customer.

    9. Delivered = The shipment has been successfully delivered to the customer.

    10. Return to Origin = The shipment has been registered to be returned to the origin.

    11. On Hold = The shipment cannot be delivered due to insufficient balance on your ShipBlu account to cover shipping fees.

    12. Out for Return = The shipment is out for return to the return point.

    13. Returned = The shipment has been returned to the return location registered on your ShipBlu account.

    14. Canceled = The order was canceled and not picked up.
