You can create an exchange request if the shipment you want to return was previously delivered by ShipBlu:
Go to "Delivery Orders" and click on the three dots next to the shipment. Select "Exchange Request".
Fill in the required details:
- "Package to Return": Enter the details of the package to be returned.
- "Package to Pickup": Enter the details of the new package to be picked up.
- Click "Exchange" to proceed.
In the Delivery Orders section, the exchange shipment's tracking number will begin with 31. You need to initiate the exchange request by selecting the order and clicking "Pickup Request".
The tracking number for the return shipment will appear under "Returns", and its tracking number will start with 32. Do not manually request a return—the system will automatically update the status once the new package arrives at the designated hub for delivery.

To create an exhcnage order for a shipment that was delivered by another party:Click "Create Order", then select "Upload Multiple Orders".
If you prefer to upload an Excel file manually:
- If you want to download an Excel file to your device and manually specify the governorate, city, and zone, click "Upload File."
- If you prefer to download an Excel file and allow the system to automatically detect the governorate, city, and address, click "Autozining Upload".
- Download the template to your device.
- Specify the governorate, city, and zone within the file.
If you want the system to auto-detect the governorate, city, and address, select "Autozoning Upload".
If you would like to create the shipment on ShipBlu system directly, click on "Fill Manually".
Watch the attached videos for guidance on how to upload the file, write shipment details, and upload them to the ShipBlu system.Once the shipment details are uploaded, go to Delivery Orders. The tracking number of the new shipment will begin with 31. To initiate the exchange, select the order and click "Pickup Request".
Print the shipping label and place it inside the package's label pouch for the new delivery. You can select multiple shipments and click "Print Shipping Label".
- The AWB (Airway Bill) size for printing should be A4 (29.7 x 21 cm).

In the Return Requests section, the tracking number of the return shipment will begin with 32. Do not submit a return request manually—the system will automatically update the status once the new package is received at the branch responsible for delivery.
