You can create an exchange request if the order you want to return was previously delivered by ShipBlu:
Go to "Delivery Orders" and click on the three dots next to the order. Select "Pickup to Exchange".
Fill in the required details:
- "Package to Return": Enter the details of the package to be returned.
- "Package to Pickup": Enter the details of the new package to be picked up.
- Click "Exchange" to proceed.
In the Delivery Orders section, the exchange order's tracking number will begin with 31. You need to initiate the exchange request by selecting the order and clicking "Request Pickup".
The tracking number for the return order will appear under "Returns", and its tracking number will start with 32. Do not manually request a return—the system will automatically update the status once the new package arrives at the designated hub for delivery.
Print the shipping label and place it inside the package's label pouch for the new delivery. You can select multiple orders and click "Print Label".
The AWB (Airway Bill) size for printing should be A4 (29.7 x 21 cm), or A5 for the themal printing.
