- Click on "Create Order" from the Dashboard.
- Choose "Delivery Order" to fill in single delivery order details on ShipBlu portal.
- Click on "From pickup location" so the courier can pick up the order from the registered pickup point. On the other hand, you can click on "Dropoff at warehouse
" if you want to drop off the order at the hub nearest to your location. - "COD" field should include the total amount needs to be collected from the customer upon the delivery (item/s cost + shipping fees).
- You can write your reference number if you have a unique number for each customer's order.
- "Delivery Note" write the items' description to be shown on the AWB (Air waybill), in case the customer asks the courier.
Customer Information & Address:
- You can write the primary mobile number for the customer, and click on "+" if you want to add an additional mobile number.
- Write the customer's "Full Name" as you want, it will be shown in the order AWB.
- You can select "governorate", "city", and "zone" as per the customer's address. In addition, you can write the address details in "Street and Building".
Packages: - You will need to select needed "number of packages" will be needed to pack the item/s per order through "+". Maximum package numbers per order = 4 packages/flyers, and maximum weight 10 KG.
Flyers/Packages sizes: - Small (20x25 cm).
- Medium (35x40 cm).
- Large (50x45 cm).
- X-Large (50x60 cm).
- In case the customer is allowed to open the order before paying its COD amount, you will need to click on "Allow To Open" to be activated. Open packages is only to check items without using/trying them or dividing the order.
- Order should be marked "Fragile Package" as shown below in case it can be broken during the shipping cycle. check Packaging Guidelines for more details.
- Click on "Confirm".
- Order will be listed in "Delivery Orders" section, and its status is "Created".
- In order to pickup the order from your pickup location, select the order as shown below, and click on "Request Pickup".
- Select the order as shown below, and then "Print Label", or "Thermal Print" as per your desire. Make sure to put the AWB (Air Waybill) in the flyer's holder.
- Normal printing AWB size should be A4, and thermal print should be A5.
Request should be made before 1 PM for same-day pick up, at least on one of the orders will be
Pickup Confirmation Note :: Make sure all orders are scanned upon picking up them by first mile courier, and their status on ShipBlu portal is "Picked Up".
