- Click on "Create Order" from the Dashboard.
- Choose "New Return Order" to fill in single return order details on ShipBlu portal.
Click on "Return to your location" so the shipment shall be returned to your registered return point. On the other hand, you can click on "Counter DropOff" if you would like to pick up the returned shipment from the hub nearest to your location.
Customer Information & Address:
--> Write the customer's full name, primary mobile number, and you can add an additional phone number to contact the customer in case there is an issue in the primary number.
--> "Address Line 1" field should contain the building number and street name, and write any known landmarks in "Address Line 2".
--> You can select "governorate", "city", and "zone" manually, or let the system detect automatically by activating auto zoning through the robot sign.
- Packages:
--> You will need to select needed "number of packages" will be needed to pack the item/s will pe picked up from the customer. Maximum package numbers per shipment = 4 packages/flyers, and maximum weight 10 KG.
--> Flyers/Pacakges sizes: - Small (20x25 cm).
- Medium (40x40 cm).
- Large (50x45 cm).
- X-Large (50x60 cm).
--> Shipment should be marked "fragile" as shown below in case the item/items can be broken during the return cycle.
--> "Cash Refund" field should include the total amount that needs to be refunded to the customer upon picking up the return.
More Information
--> You can write your reference number for the customer's order if you have a unique number for each customer's order.
--> Write the items' description to be shown on the AWB (Air waybill), in case the customer asks the courier.
--> Click on "Create Order".
You can create a return order promptly on a previous delivered order fulfilled by ShipBlu
Go to "Delivery Orders", and check delivered orders to select the needed one, and click the three dots as shown below.
- All previous package/s will be shown in the tab, and you can select the needed flyer/s to pack the return.
- Write the needed cash refund amount needed to be given to the customer upon picking up the return.
- You can write the items description if needed in the delivery notes, so the courier make sure to pick up the right item/s from the customer.
- Click on "Add Return Order".
- Request will be listed in "Returns" section, and its status is "Created".
- In order to pick up the shipment from the customer, select the request as shown below, and click on "Return Requested".
- Customer usually will be reached next business day, as long as there is balance in your account to cover the service fees, to collect the needed returned item/items.
