Please Note: If you have received your shipment and would like to return it back to the shipper, you will need to contact the shipper directly and arrange for your product to be returned.
Once the shipment is delivered, we automatically transfer any amounts we have collect to the shipper, so we are unable to process any refunds for delivered shipments.
If you paid for your shipment through the myBlu app and then never received your shipment, you can submit a Refund Request through the form below.
Please keep the following in mind when submitting a Refund Request form:
- Refund Requests can only be reviewed once the shipment has been returned to sender, and in most cases, this happens within 1-2 business days from the date of the last delivery attempt.
- The amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method. Please note that the Finance team cannot process refunds through any other method.
- After we process your refund, the amount should appear in your account within 7-14 days, depending on your bank or mobile wallet's policies.
