Can I Use My Own Packaging Materials (Flyers)?

You can use your own packaging materials (flyers) if they meet the specifications. However it will be calculated by the system as XL flyer.

• You must notify the customer service team or sales representative in advance.
  
  
• The packaging materials should carry your company’s logo or have no other logo printed on them.
  
  
• The materials should not belong to any other shipping company.
  
  
• It should have a flyer AWB (Airway Bill) holder to keep it intact.
  
• The dimensions of your packaging materials should not exceed the dimensions of ShipBlu’s packaging.
  
  
• If you use your own packaging materials (flyers), ShipBlu team will determine the flyer size based on its compatibility with the size categories of its packaging.
  
  The size categories for ShipBlu packaging are:

• Small: 25x25 cm
• Medium: 35x40 cm
• Large: 45x50 cm
• Extra Large: 50x60 cm
