ShipBlu Wallet Refund Request

If you have a balance in your ShipBlu Wallet, you can request a refund of the Available Refundable Balance by submitting a ShipBlu Wallet Refund Request Form.


Please note that if you have shipments that have been picked up, that either have no cash-on-delivery (COD) collections or have customer refund amounts associated with them, and your current COD balance is insufficient to cover these obligations, part or all of your ShipBlu Wallet balance may be allocated to settle these obligations. As a result, the ShipBlu Wallet balance available for refund (Available Refundable Balance) is your current ShipBlu Wallet balance minus any obligations on your account that cannot be covered by your COD balance with us.
