Step 1: Download the App

Open your phone’s app store:

• If you’re using Android: open Google Play
• If you’re using iPhone: open App Store
• Search for ShipBlu or MyBlu
• Then tap Install

Step 2: Log In

After the app is installed:

• Open it and enter the mobile number that received the shipment SMS
• You’ll receive a verification code via SMS
• Enter the code, and you’ll be logged in automatically

Step 3: Use the App

Through the app, you can:

• View detailed updates about your shipment status
• Choose a convenient delivery time
• Change the delivery address if needed
• Track the courier’s live location on the map during delivery
